At X-BIONIC®, we are committed to your peak performance; if your high-tech gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused X-BIONIC® products in their original packaging to ensure the functional fibers are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our laboratory team verifies the integrity of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
